About
My name is Tami Hiser.
I've made it my passion to help people not only navigate cancer, but find their way back to living fully after cancer.
For 15 years, I've worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Certified Oncology Nurse Practitioner, caring for people throughout diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
Along the way, I've seen how often the conversation stops when treatment ends, yet that is when many people are left trying to figure out how to feel like themselves again.

Cancer can change your energy, strength, body image, relationships, confidence, and sexual health. These concerns are common, but they are often overlooked or simply accepted as something you have to live with.

I created Red 8 Health to change that.

My goal is to help you recover your life, not just recover from cancer. That means creating space for the conversations that don't always happen in a busy oncology appointment: rebuilding your strength and confidence, navigating changes in your body, improving sexual health and intimacy, managing lingering side effects, and finding your way back to the activities and relationships that make life meaningful.

With my medical oncology experience and a coaching approach, I connect medical knowledge with real-life recovery. Together, we'll focus on where you are now, where you want to be, and the practical steps that can help you get there.

You deserve more than simply being told that treatment is over. You deserve support in becoming you again.

Red 8 Health is a place where you can take the time you need, ask the questions you've been hesitant to ask, and work with someone who understands both the medical side of cancer and the very real impact it can have on your life, relationships, and sexual health.

Because surviving cancer is only part of the journey. Living well afterward is the goal.
